This Document Library contains the results of all indictments served in the Israel Defense Force (IDF) Courts-Martial against IDF soldiers and officers for criminal acts against Palestinian and foreign civilians in the Occupied Territories since the beginning of the second Intifada in September 2000.
The Document Library is updated periodically and currently includes the results of all indictments served through 31 December 2007.
All judgments and rulings were provided to Yesh Din by the IDF Spokesperson's Unit after they were examined by the IDF Information Security Department.
